Sarah was hands down the most amazing bridal consultant and made the whole experience magical! She was kind, patient, had a good sense of humour, and made me feel utterly at ease. Her words of gentle encouragement made trying on dresses a great experience (especially for someone who never wears dresses). We managed to find my dress, and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you again, Sarah, for your time and helping me find my dream dress, with many laughs shared along the way! :)

What a whirlwind! Massive thanks to both Lara & Sarah for their help in finding THE DRESS! Lara was super helpful at our fitting - very respectful, good banter, and knows her stuff. I walked into the day not overly confident in myself, as I had no idea what I wanted (I'm not a dress girly). But with some suggestions and real life advice, they found me my dream dress. Not something I would have naturally gone to look for myself, but definitely is the right one for me! I felt like a princess. Very very happy! I'm super stoked to find a dress that makes me feel "myself" and I wouldn't have been able to do that without these ladies. The store is also a great location, with easy parking, and a great interior fitout! Loved every second.

Outstanding customer service! Sarah was incredibly helpful!! I found the dress very quickly. It was the 3rd dress I tried on. The same situation happened with finding the veil. Sarah really listened to what I was after and how I was feeling in each dress/ veil, which really helped to find THE one. Sarah made me feel super comfortable and happy throughout the whole experience. Thank you <3
