Prior to my stylist appointment, I emailed the Astra team to ask if they had a particular dress in stock, and they had it couriered to the Wellington store especially for me (free of charge), unlike other bridal stores I had visited. Kryslin was amazing; she made me feel so comfortable and confident. Kryslin asked all the right questions and listened to everything I asked for. My appointment went a little over time, and I wasn't made to feel rushed - Kryslin was so patient and helpful. I can't wait to collect my dress and wear it on my wedding day next year.
