When we arrived for my appointment, I was on the verge of breaking down in tears. Emma was simply amazing; she calmed me down and put me at ease. Her warmth and sincerity in helping me pick a dress and making me feel good about myself was just what I needed. I had the most amazing experience at Astra Bridal with the best stylist - Emma! This was my first ever bridal shop experience, and I couldn’t have asked for it to be more perfect! Emma made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and she allowed me to take my time trying on seven different gowns!! The atmosphere and lovely customer service from all the staff made the experience even better for me and my friends! I can’t thank Emma and the ladies at Astra Bridal enough for helping me find my dream wedding dress <3 I loved the experience and the dresses so much I even bought two! I 100% recommend Astra Bridal Wellington to any brides looking for their special dress. Emma made me and my family, including my 6-year-old niece, very comfortable during the whole visit. It was an awesome experience, especially for my first time trying on dresses. Emma made me feel like it was all about me, and I loved it! I think I asked the same questions over and over, and got overwhelmed at times remembering which dresses I had tried on, liked, didn’t like. Emma put me at ease and answered all my questions; nothing was an issue. She was really great at taking what I liked and didn’t like in a dress to find more options for me to try—she’s definitely the expert! I’m stoked to have found my dress on the first visit and can’t wait to go back when it arrives. :)
