Eleanor and Tamaroa met on a night out with friends; having decided to just be friends and do their own thing for a year, Tamaroa decided it was time to take the next step and go on their official first date! Six years later while on a trip to Bali, Tamaroa saw this as the perfect time to propose. It was third time lucky for Tamaroa’s proposal, with the first two plans not working out, his third plan was to propose at sunset while on a romantic beachside walk!
Eleanor wore the Tuscany Lynette by Maggie Sottero, “I tried on so many gowns they were ok but nothing made me say wow. This was the last dress I tried on and I felt like a princess and did not want to take it off. That is when I knew this was the one!”
With a beautiful summers day, Eleanor and Tamaroa were able to celebrate with all their family and friends! With personal vows and a haka performed by his family they had a ceremony that was everything they had hoped for. The reception brought everyone together with a celebration of food and speeches.
