Rosie was amazing in helping me pick my dress. She was patient, listened to my feedback throughout the process, and made me feel so comfortable. The dress I chose was not the one I had originally pictured, but I trusted the process and ended up falling in love with it (even after trying on the same two dresses about three times). I went into Astra Bridal Newmarket with three other bridal shop appointments lined up, thinking I would shop around and see what was out there before making any decisions. I ended up heading to my first appointment at Astra Bridal Newmarket and had the most wonderful experience, led by the amazing Bridal Stylist, Brooke! Brooke and the ladies made me feel so comfortable and supported, and the whole appointment was effortless—not to mention, so much fun!! I was able to try on a plethora of absolutely stunning gowns (the selection is extensive), each one more in line with my taste than the last, until I reached the most perfect dress! I decided on the spot to look no further and said YES to the dress! I canceled all other appointments (I didn’t need to look any further) and went home unexpectedly but elated to have found my dress! Highly recommend both their service and gowns. You won’t regret visiting these lovely ladies.
