We understand that unforeseen circumstances are unavoidable, and cancelling your appointment may be necessary. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to provide the best service to all our brides, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
This is a 90 minute appointment with one of our certified stylists, and up to four of your support crew. Your stylist will contact you before your appointment to help you set up a Wishlist on our website, and during the consultation they will share advice and helpful info while you try on your favourite gowns. We charge a stylist fee of $65 for this experience.
These appointments are available Tuesday–Saturday.
This is a one-on-one virtual consult with one of our fantastic stylists. We’ll discuss your wedding style and the design of your gown, all from the comfort of your home or office. Browsing through our website, as well as using Pinterest, we will curate a shortlist of gowns that you love, which are then saved onto a Wishlist. This consultation is free of charge and carries no obligations. These appointments are available Tuesday–Friday - Please phone the store directly to book.
To try on your Wishlist gowns, you can either book a Stylist Appointment (an in-store appointment), or we can send the gowns to your home and continue your consultation process virtually.
Our virtual service for those that can’t make it in to one of our salons. We will do a Style and Design review where we will chat you through the gowns you like, and teach you how to take your measurements. We can then send your top three gown to you at home to try on in a Virtual Stylist appointment. All appointments are done via zoom/Teams and we will guide you every step of the way. Cost $75 including freight. This cost is refundable if you decide to purchase at the time of your Virtual appointment.

During this 2 hour trying on gown session, you'll have the salon to yourself and have the attention of two stylists. We supply bubbles and nibbles and you can bring more family and friends than a standard stylist appointment allows. Appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday only. Priced from $160 to $210, depending on how many in your tribe.
Your lead stylist will be in touch before the appointment to discuss the appointment.
