Astra Bridal was the first bridal store I visited on my journey to find ‘the dress’. I really had no idea what to expect or what the experience should be like. After visiting four other bridal stores across Auckland, all I can say is that I am extremely happy I came here first. Astra was the only boutique to call me ahead of time and get an idea of what I was looking for. They clearly understood the brief, pulling only dresses that would work for me and just made everything less complicated. If you don’t know where to start, Astra Bridal is a wonderful place!

Outstanding experience at Astra Bridal! Khym and the team were incredibly helpful, and really bent over backwards to assist me. I was having my messages responded to before the store had even opened, and I was able to go in for a consultation later that same morning. Khym made a potentially very stressful situation for me into a dream experience. The store is beautiful with plenty of options, accessories, and beautiful natural light. However, the customer service is completely unmatched and is truly where they shine! I would highly recommend Astra Bridal to any other bride!!

I loved my experience at Astra Bridal, but even more so, I loved working with Kryslin! She was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable!! I did not know what I wanted for my wedding dress, but I explained the things I liked and didn’t like, and Kryslin was able to provide options! I ended up picking the first dress she suggested, and I couldn’t be happier!!! I'm a happy bride to be with a wedding dress I can’t wait to wear!! :)

Lisa and the team were a dream to work with! Great communication, quick replies, and such valuable input in styles and dresses that suit you and your body. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an appointment that is both fun and makes you feel like a princess!

Thank you so much, Courtney for all the help in finding my perfect dress! From the first consultation to picking up the dress, you have been such a blessing with how you conduct your work. When you first pulled the dress out, I told myself, “That’s not a dress I’d wear.” But we tried it on anyway, and I was blown away with it. It made me feel like such a beautiful bride on the day.

Absolutely amazing bridal shop with such beautiful dresses and a great variety of sizes too. The entire team is so warm and kind - you feel the love as soon as you walk in the door. I'm especially thankful to my stylist, Courtney, who helped not only my sister find her wedding dress but also me within a few months. She is so sweet and truly understood my vision for a wedding dress. My family loved Courtney and how accommodating she was and for how important she made everyone feel in the decision-making process.

Courtney was constantly encouraging me to try on dresses I wouldn't normally wear, and although I was hesitant, I ended up saying 'yes' to a dress that I wouldn't normally wear, and that is all thanks to Courtney, haha, I am truly so happy with my decision and so happy Courtney pushed me out of my comfort zone. Amazing experience! Khym was my stylist and made sure the dress I wanted to try on was in store. She was super helpful and provided great advice on pieces to style my dress with. They had a great variety of dresses in store and were able to place a rush order to ensure the dress I loved would arrive on time! I'm very happy with the service!!
